Kynetyka is delighted to share that a new prototype wireless DVTect® sensor has been designed, developed and delivered by the engineers at the Flinders University Factory of the Future, based at Tonsley Innovation District in Acdelaide.

The project marks an important milestone in the development of Kynetyka's DVTect® technology, which is designed to provide a rapid, non-invasive method of assessing patients for Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), a potentially life-threatening condition that can lead to pulmonary embolism if left undetected. The new DVTect® sensor is designed to effectively capture the movement data in a patient’s leg, and transmit that data wirelessly to the proprietary DVTect® software for analysis.
